Officer Nelson Figueroa, 36, of Norwalk, was taken into custody by Fairfield police officers on May 14 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace. Lt. Antonio Granata, a spokesperson for the Fairfield Police Department, said on Wednesday that the arrest was made in connection to a May 12 incident that took place at a home on Center Street. He said police were called to the home after a woman reported that a man was on her property and was refusing to leave.
