Ex-Hamilton County deputy sentenced to 42 months in prison :

Former Hamilton County Deputy Jason Mize was sentenced Tuesday to 42 months in federal prison. Mize had pleaded guilty to Depravation of Civil Rights Under Color of Law for using excessive force against a man in the Hamilton County Justice Center in 2016, then repeatedly lying to cover it up.
