The Notice of AGM and associated Form of Proxy are today being sent to shareholders and will be available shortly on the Company's website at www.eqtec.com.
Further to the stay-at-home measures that affected the Company's 2020 AGM, the current expectation is that restrictions on public gatherings will remain in place on the date of the 2021 AGM and the Board has taken the decision to ask shareholders not to attend the meeting in person this year.
The Board therefore encourages all shareholders to vote by proxy by appointing the chairman of the meeting as their proxy to vote on their behalf. Further details on how shareholders holding shares in certificated and uncertificated form can vote at the 2021 AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
