Endangered dolphin species spotted in Bicol, researchers express concern

Scientists from the University of the Philippines (UP) were left excited by the first-ever sighting of an Irrawaddy dolphin off the shore of Calabanga, Camarines Sur, yet they were concerned over the possibility of biodiversity under threat.
