'Bemusement': Judge baffled by alleged fraudster Papas' firs

A Federal Court judge has criticised Bill Papas’ claim he had been denied a fair hearing and ordered the extradition and arrest warrant process be hastened to ensure the Sydney soccer identity returns from Greece.
