Elkins man charged with sexual abuse | News, Sports, Jobs

ELKINS — An Elkins man is behind bars and accused of forcing a minor to perform sexual acts.
Paul William Kittle Jr., 31, is being charged with one felony count of sexual abuse by a guardian. Kittle is currently lodged in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $100,000 cash-only bond set by Randolph County Magistrate Mike Dyer.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Randolph County Magistrate Court by Elkins Police Department Senior Patrolman K.A. Shiflett, on April 13, EPD Cpl. C.G. Boatwright contacted Shiflett in reference to the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile. Shiflett made contact with a relative of the 6-year-old child.
