The Speaker of Plateau State House of Assembly, Moses Sule, has been sacked by the election petition tribunal sitting in Jos, the State capital. The tribunal nullified the election of the speaker, who is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), alongside Danjuma Azi, member representing Jos North constituency in the Assembly. In its decision, the tribunal declared the former majority leader of the house, Naanlong Daniel and Mark Na’ah, all of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as winners of the March 18 election.
