Elected officials from Corsica and Paris agree on a "constitutional" project around the "autonomy" of the island

The government and Corsican elected officials reached agreement on a draft “constitutional writing” providing for “the recognition of a status of autonomy” Among the provisions provided for in the draft text, regional legislation could “adapt” the “laws and regulations” of mainland France for the island.
