'Neighbor To All,' Reggie Barrows Retires After 29 Years Wit

Snow, rain, and sleet? Reggie A. Barrows has seen every variety of inclement weather on the streets of Falmouth—a little of each in February so far. But weather will be less of a consideration for Mr. Barrows, as he retired from his job delivering parcels for FedEx for the past 29 years.
Over three decades, Mr. Barrows has endeared himself to many of his customers and is something of a dignitary in the streets of Falmouth at 63. He has helped organize numerous charity events to raise money for the West Falmouth Library, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and the Falmouth Service Center, among others.
