Editorial: Awards validate mill cities' support of arts, edu

It’s rewarding to see that two area institutions that strive for excellence in their respective pursuits receive the recognition they both richly deserve. Those honors were bestowed on Lowell’s Western Avenue Studios and Fitchburg State University’s chapter of Kappa Delta Pi, an international education honor society.
