ED moves HC against order releasing Vivo India executives :

A single judge bench of Justice Tushar Rao Gedela said, "Keeping in view the gravity of the case put across by Mr. Zoheb Hossain, learned Standing Counsel for the Directorate of Enforcement, it appears imperative to issue notice".
