【最高人民法院与中国证监会建立“总对总”在线诉调对接机制 全面推进证券期货纠纷多元化解工作】为贯彻落实党中央重大决策部署，切实发挥证券监管部门在解决证券期货纠纷中的指导协调作用，以及人民法院在多元化纠纷解决机制改革中的引领、推动、保障作用，降低投资者解纷成本，全面提升证券期货纠纷多元化解质效，日前，最高人民法院办公厅与中国证监会办公厅联合印发《关于建立“总对总”证券期货纠纷在线诉调对接机制的通知》(以下简称《通知》)，实现“人民法院调解平台”与“中国投资者网在线调解平台”系统对接，为证券期货纠纷当事人提供多元调解、司法确认、登记立案等一站式、全流程在线解纷服务。（最高法）
