Share Nike’s first ever chief sustainability officer to leave company after 22 years to head up environmental competition this summer The Earthshot Prize, the climate solution competition launched by Prince William last autumn, has hired Nike's innovation lead Hannah Jones as its first chief executive officer. Jones, who spent 16 years as the global apparel brand's first ever chief sustainability officer, will take the reins of the high-profile prize this summer as it gears up to select and announce its first batch of winners. Jones was most recently vice-president of Nike's innovation labs division, where she helped set up and manage the firm's start-up incubator, Valiant Labs.
