Being arrested and issued nearly $1,000 in fines didn’t stop Chris Tower from coming back to a weekly anti-lockdown rally in front of Sarnia City Hall.
The 30-year-old Sarnia resident was handcuffed and taken to police headquarters on April 17 and held for two-plus hours before being released with two tickets – he plans to fight them – adding up to more than $900.
