'We both want a healthy lake,' tensions ease over Lake Nipissing fishing

Fishing season on Lake Nipissing has been a lot quieter in recent summers and many credit an agreement between the province and the First Nation. Dwindling numbers of pickerel, also called walleye, led some to blame Indigenous commercial fishing, while others pointed the finger at tourist lodges.
