Dylan Kuehl: First Graduate with Down Syndrome Makes History

A 38-year-old man graduated Bachelor of Arts in June, the first graduate living with Down Syndrome at Evergreen State College in Washington. In his graduation speech, he urged everyone to celebrate their skills and live their lives with ambition and pride.
