Well the reality is that you wouldnt be able to take this directly to the Supreme Court anyway so if you just look at the pattern of what we saw in the lead up to the election that is from what the from what ive heard from constitutional lawyers here that is the way any sort of legal dispute would proceed and it looks like this it would look like in a state like wisconsin where there are you know so many mail in ballots received or a state like pennsylvania where theyre still counting ballots right now by the way those those ballots would be at the heart of a dispute on the state level 1st between Election Administrators there with republicans democrats on the state level there it could then proceed to courts it could then proceed down the road to the Supreme Court but at 1st with most likely be litigated on that level so theres no indication that the president s words that this could immediately be taken to the Supreme Court is actually valid that that that approach would actually be valid and it doesnt seem to be that anyone believes that that could actually happen in the coming days and we are monitoring just remind our viewers were going to speak any moment now were monitoring the monitors as will is you lets talk about this blue wall that has come into american parlance here about what joe biden is trying to really build thats those states in the upper midwest of the United States where the traditional havens for democrats.
