Politics and politics here in europe so for our viewers who are not familiar with them what is that bought and how would they know if theyre dealing with one or both automated social media accounts that pose as real people and because theyre automated they can do whats of things that you and i cant like tweet a lot more than normal people would they can influence debates and they can sway you know they can make one view more apparent than another it can be quite hard to verify sometimes whats real and whats not on social media but there are quite a few tips to help users one of them is to check when the twitter account actually came into existence because we know that after breaking news events twitter account spring up trying to lure a genuine users to read tweet false information another one we can do is to see if tweets are appearing the basin elsewhere without being cited we can see two instances of whats believed to be fake accounts tweeting the same information on the right our tweets in german so this kind of stuff does also happen here in germany another big tip is to see how anonymous the information on the account is how much the information were given because the more the less impersonal information the likelihood that it is you know more likely that it is fake ok something to keep a close eye on there jared read our social media editor thank you very much.
