DSDHA has unveiled plans to knock down a 17-storey Travelodge hotel in the heart of central London and replace it with a taller scheme
The practice said redeveloping 1960s Selkirk House on High Holborn with a new 21-storey tower would improve the ‘blight and severence’ of the area’s post-war planning.

The tower centrepiece will be a stepped office building with communal terraces, while there will also be 25 homes built on West Central Street and 1,750m
