DPWH expedites P290.5-M bypass road projects in Capiz : comp

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has accelerated the construction of two bypass roads in the municipality of Pontevedra and Roxas City in the province of Capiz to address the congestion of traffic in Western Visayas (Region 6).
