DOTr urged to accept unconsolidated PUJ applications for PA

Bacolod City Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez opined that the local unconsolidated traditional jeepneys with valid franchises be allowed to apply for a Provisional Authority (PA) with the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
