LAS CRUCES - Doña Ana County is going green. Beginning Friday, the county will open businesses and other activities under the Green-level restrictions of the state's pandemic reopening framework, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham announced.
The governor said during a news conference Wednesday on the COVID-19 pandemic that 41.6 percent of New Mexicans age 16 and over were now fully vaccinated, meaning two weeks had passed since their ultimate vaccine shot.
