Directors of Aircraft Employees House Building Co-operative

The High Court, in an interim order, directed the directors of AEHBCSL not to sell sites to non-members. Acting on a writ petition by M Shashidharan and V Muniyappa, the High Court Division Bench imposed a three-month prison sentence and a fine of Rs 2,000 on each of the six directors in May 2023.
