The Act on Certain Aspects of Contracts for the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services, which transposes the EU Digital Content Directive, recently entered into force. The EU Digital Content Directive sets out a single set of rules within the EU market concerning contracts for the supply of digital content or digital services. The new Croatian legislation should bring new rights and more protection for Croatian consumers.
