By Shawn Patrick Dec 15, 2020 Christmas and gambling aren't necessarily two things that go hand in hand, but in Colorado they certainly do now! A few years back, the people who own Bronco Billy’s Casino and Hotel in Cripple Creek bought the longtime Imperial Hotel and spent six months and $1 million turning it into a Christmas-themed gambling hall and lodging property. The Christmas Casino and Inn is all Christmas, all year-around. And yes, the casino is open this holiday season even with COVID. Teller County states that casinos are being classified as indoor events, so they remain open with a limited capacity. They're able to allow 25% capacity or 50 people, whichever is fewer.
