Deyaar's Midtown residential project work on track DUBAI, 6 hours, 19 minutes ago Deyaar Development, one of Dubai’s leading property developers and real estate service providers, has announced significant progress in the construction of the third and fourth phases of its Midtown integrated residential development in Dubai Production City.
Located in the up-and-coming neighbourhood of Dubai Production City near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the Midtown development comprises six districts spanning 24 buildings, across a built-up area of almost 5 million sq ft offering a multitude of amenities designed to prioritise community living in a family-friendly environment.
According to Deyaar, the construction work in the third and fourth phases has so far reached 21 per cent and is progressing well ahead of the timeline.
