Developer to build 228 homes in Grappenhall Heys

How the new development could look
DEVELOPERS have given a glimpse at what the latest new housing development in south Warrington could look like.
House by Urban Splash has been appointed by Homes England to build 228 homes in Grappenhall Heys – the final phase of the building work.
To be called Grappenhall Woods, outline planning permission has already been granted by Warrington Borough Council.
Now the developers will launch an online public consultation before a detailed planning submission is granted.
As well as new houses, the plans will show proposals for a central copse running through the neighbourhood, providing 2,800 sq m of green space and play areas.
