what do you think the chances are? >> i just want to say, i thought his interview was really well done. what we saw was a kind of classic putin classic russian approach. it keeps us mindful of how unorthodox and what an outlier donald trump was. we talked about the connections between putin and trump for four years. for putin, it was very difficult to deal with a president who was unpredictable and not particularly stable. as we heard over and over over the last few weeks, that what the biden administration wants from its relationship with putin is predictability and stability. i think what we saw in that interview was that a reversion to somewhat of that with putin. his answer on arms control agreement was a classic version of traditional diplomacy.
