sure they took care of the human factors. once it leaves the factory, they do extensive training of the pilots to make sure they understand. third, there's a near miss reporting system that if something goes wrong you can report that and people can fix it. i assume that part of this investigation of lion air is going to be were these processes follow, how robustly were they followed? there's room for improvement. did boeing bring in pilots to make sure it worked well? second, was there training? a lot of pilots complained they didn't know it was in the airpla airplane. third, the reports we know about were they acted upon? all those things will be looked at to see if automation/human works well. >> christopher hart, thank you for being with us.
