and now to have a lot of folks digging into all of that? matt? >> i think that's exactly right. look, on the first point i've always been somewhat skeptical that it would be a joint investigation. and whether any persons took part. whether there's a joint investigation would produce state charges seems to me for the most part that is not within the state attorney general's man dade. this separate matter is an entirely different question. when you look at the exposure, you can see po templeal fraud and tax charges and at the state left charge of violating stay laws. so this is a different area where i think you can't see, you know, very robust cooperation by state and federal investigators, where state investigators bring charge when it's appropriate, or
