this without having the u.s. ambassador to south korea, without having a point point for north kor person for north korea? how do you even have a conversation like that with those people aren't there? >> well, it will be very difficult. the president should probably give the lead to secretary tillerson and mcmaster. but probably tillerson. number two, appoint an envoy to north korea. the last envoy just retired or left in frustration. third, ambassador in south korea is very important. we can't forget the south koreans. they worked hard to bring this deten detente, the possible summit to a fruition. so this south korean president has really taken a lot of risk and with the olympics, with agreeing to go to north korea, with being a broker with president trump and the united states.
