>> it's always backlogged that the delays create. it's also a big part of the problem too. gabe, thank you. also developing right now, the atlanta airport is in the spotlight after a smuggling scheme was uncovered behind the scenes. two men, one of them a delta airlines baggage handler arrested charged with repeatedly smuggling guns aboard delta flights. pete williams is nbc's legal correspondent. how did this scheme work? >> first of all, the guns were never on the street. they were all bought by undercover officers in new york tracing illegal flow of guns into the city. a 31-year-old baggage handler from delta in atlanta named eugene harvey agreed to help a former delta employee sneak guns on the flights to new york to sell them on the street. that man has been arrested too. according to court documents, two weeks ago the delta employee used his airplane security badge to get into the the airport
