the entire world when in fact, it also claims i could have outed every cia agent station chief in the world. how does a guy have that kind of power? >> if he's really what he says he is, it was a big mistake he would have access to such sensitive information. you know, there is a principle in the intelligence world which is need to know. so even if you have a top secret clearance, it doesn't mean that you get to see everything the government has that's marked top secret. it means that you should only be able to have what you're working on as a systems administrator. he might have had access to the system in his office and to a broad array of e-mails and documents. but he really should not have been able to access them. i mean, his job as he describes it as we know so far was to make sure the i.t., the information technology computer systems were working correctly. just like in the bradley manning case.
