onto the congress is a grinch message while pressing his payroll tax cut. he used it in pennsylvania yesterday and same language in front of a new hampshire high school crowd a week earlier. i was struck by the tone of the president's remarks yesterday. he's obviously on the campaign trail but it sounded like if not felt like he's kind of going for the jugyular in a way he hasn't >> makes perfect sense, he has won this debate. republicans are not going to allow to expire arp christmas time, they are trying to figure out a way to support it and get something they want. he's relishing in the fact he has won the payroll tax. and they are trying to figure a way to get out of washington and pass the payroll tax increase and get government spending here and there, reduction in federal workerรง pay, anything to take the base and say we didn't totally cave on what the democrats want. this round goes to obama.
