pummeling with rain and leaving tens of thousands without power we have fox team coverage steve is in bay st. louis, mississippi, but we begin with jeff paul reporting live from baton rouge. jeff. >> yeah jon everyone here holding their breath as we get closer and closer to those evening hours it is that is when forecasters believe that we could start to see some of the heaviest rains which we haven't really seen anything yet there's been some light rains. there's been gusts here and there but not compared to the coast as we're just being hit with outer band of tropical storm barry now the concern is, how much more rain this town and this city can handle. this is the mississippi river, and it is already taken in a lot of water because of the spring rains we've had and they're worried that as this storm gets closer and closer to inland, that it could either slowdown or even just stall and dump more rain and more rain and there could be catastrophic flooding because of all of this rain.
