good lawyer can muddy up the watters and confuse the jury over. >> heather: do you expect the same outcome? do you think this will rise to the level of impeachment? >> i think that politics is going to come into play. i think the report will come in. there may be another indictment before or after the report. i think that there is going to be a lot of people around the president that are now being prosecuted. there might be some embarrassing information but i don't think there is any way that the president actually successfully gets impeached. he might not get to the level of a house vote on impeachment. there are a lot of blue dog democrats that are going to have a crisis moment like manchin. they may not get a vote in the house. >> heather: before we get to the mueller investigation and whether or not that will be released next week. embarrassing the president with these type of issues when he is on an international level trying to negotiate denuclearization
