happening? that's way out there. leland: is that blaming the victim? does the defense attorney have a problem with doing that? >> i wouldn't say it's blaming the victim. it's how a normal person will react. if someone is being assaulted with unwanted touching, and they're going to push him away, say no, run away. what is this guy do? he talks to his girlfriend and then take the video of it. who does that? somebody looking for fame? i mean, did he give consent and wonder about and maybe change his mind? that's a very odd reaction. >> the prosecutor has worked through some of these before bringing the charges. unequivocal and how he has denied them come including a video put out an odd in the sense that he is appearing as one of the characters to deny this. take a listen and then we'll get your reaction.
