is this going to be thrown out, is it going to be changed? so, that's a factor here. >> yeah, but you know, john, how open do you think -- the president has said time and time again, i'm very open to hearing ideas. is he? >> i'd be very skeptical. i think the reason this whole survey or analysis assumes that 2017 implementation date is that they don't expect the president to actually sign this. this is the kind of bill that would be signed in by a republican president, potentially. >> right. >> it's a big opportunity, but it also poses some risks. i've asked marco rubio and senator ted cruz, two people in the senate most likely to run for president what they think of this. they said they're still evaluating it. obviously, i don't think they want to get too tied down to specifics, because as karen mentioned earlieearlier, that t the exclusion could hit people different. obamacare has a slightly different way of doing that. >> targeting the voting public at this stage. it's not in legislative form yet, but very interesting. it will be talked about a bit. karen, john, louise, thank you
