what's that all about? >> well, the bottom line, that event last sunday here in new york city was called a hollywood block party. so guys from all over othe tri-state come to ride their bikes there. bike enthusiasts. so, in that group, you definitely had a bunch of law enforcement officers. one nypd officer under cover detective put on modified duty as internal affairs investigates what he knew about the attack on the driver of the suv. today, the detectives' union came out saying that that detective did not know anything about the beating. that he rolled up much later after the beating had already happened so he was not involved and did not see it he they also add he did not want to blow his cover because he rolled up on the scene because they say a lot of times undercover officers will get reprimanded by the nypd if they blow their cover that's from the union. >> bill: please continue following the story and we appreciate you coming on tonight. on deck, happy birthday to
