jennifer is live at the pentagon. what can you tell us about these drones there? >> well, first of all, these are not the armed drones used in pakistan or yemen, these are small unarmed drones like this one. roughly the size of toy planes. the program was discussed in a small paragraph hidden in a 2010 regional security represent by the state department division that handles the security at the embassy in baghdad. >> we're talking about very limited use in critical threat areas of tiny little unarmed, unmanned aircraft which cannot shoot anything. they only take pictures to help us with embassy personnel and facility security. >> but some iraqis are claiming that this violates their sovereignty and they're very sensitive to the drone issue, obviously. >> why do we have to have unmanned planes there? i'm sure there's an explanation.
