california law that banned the sale or rental of violent video games to children. a huge industry, $18 billion industry, in this country and the judge basically signaled in november they were divided on the issue as to whether or not it infringed upon anybody's first amendment rights in order to view and watch the video games, but they've struck that down, and so we'll see where it goes in terms of that decision. what are your thoughts on that. gregg: the right decision, i'm surprised they were divided during the oral arguments and i'll be interested to read the full opinion when it comes out. i think it is this right decision. you don't want to limit that sort of thing. it has a chilling effect on every aspect of the first amendment. martha: and like many things in life, you leave it up to the parents to be responsible in terms of what they want to purchase or allow in their own homes. gregg: government should not tell us what to do or not to do. breaking news in the casey anthony case. we now know why the court was abruptly cancelled this weekend. judge jeanine pirro joins us in
