suspect 24 to 28-year-old rageit almurisi is now in court. he's supposed to make his first appearance here any minute now and the police are continuing to check into his background. we also know that he had a california identification but he was carrying a yemeni passport. his cousin reportedly says that rageit almurisi moved from yemen to the united states about a year and a half, moved to vallejo, north of san francisco, stayed for a while, couldn't get a job then went to visit his brother in new york. his family had no idea that he was actually on his way back to san francisco when the incident happened. the cousin says that rageit almurisi is educated that he's easy going, that he's not political and not overly religious, yet at least two passengers on board that american airlines flight say that as rageit almurisi walked toward the cockpit that he was screaming, alaeuh space akbar which is the same thing nada naa
