environments and as far as i know of all the elite forces i've worked with around the world and in the u.s., they've received the best training and work the hardest at being adept at any environment the world has to offer. >> dave: when we think of navy seals, 18, 19, mid 20's when you're probably at your peak physically. you say that navy seals particularly team 6 situation are upper 30's, well into their 40's. why is that? >> you know, when you finish demolition seal school you may be a teenager, in your early 20's and then you go to a seal team. and you spend a couple of years, a few years at the seal team, you earn your reputation, and many guys and in my case i just dreamed that some day i'd go to six, what you have to do is do a certain amount of deployments and do well at the seal team and then hopefully get permission to be screened to go to seal team 6.
