about a possible exit strategy for members of the qaddafi family or whether they do concern possible cease fire negotiations. >> with the rebels it seems like it is one step forward and two steps back. why have they not been able to hold on to any of their gains in the field? >> for the past several days, several steps back for the rebels. much of the fighting now around the city of braga. mainly had trouble because they lack a command structure. mainly small groups of rebels fighting together. they have been unable to coordinate or sometimes even to communicate with each other and also the weapons in long distance desert fighting favor government forces. they have the long-range artillery. the rebels have smaller arms fire. and we have seen adapting by qaddafi's forces. adapting to try and avoid nato air strikes. they are getting into civilian cars and that allows them to ambush rebels and we have seen
