maybe a couple of years, i saw them at the trial and i saw their-- that they were truly sorry for what at the did and they really did regret the choices they made. but it's still hard. i mean, you know, some of my close friends tell me they can't understand why she forgave them and i don't know, you kind of have to live the experience and realize that it's not about lettings them off the hook, it's about moving on with your life and it's not harboring the same, hey fred for people. it's not going to make your life better. >> mike: apart from the grace of god. i don't think we can understand it. the whole country has been heart broken over what happened in arizona. if you have any words of advice to congresswoman gabrielle giffords, what would those words be? >> i would say you can do it. y
