police found more than 120 bullet caseings at the scene. and secretary of state hillary clinton is heading to kabul today for an international conference on stablizing afghanistan. this as clinton today unveiled more than $500 million in new aid projects for pakistan. fox's kelly wright joins us from washington with more. good morning. >> that's right. good morning to you as well. she did announce more than $500 million in new aid for projects in pakistan. let's talk about some of those projects. they include dams, power generation, agricultural development and hospital construction. funded under u.s. legislation passed last year tripling civilian aid to $7.5 billion over the next five years, secretary clinton hopes to draw the two countries closer in trust and strengthen their joint efforts to fight al-qaida and the taliban. >> this is the most significant, concrete achievement between these two neighbors in nearly 50 years. i believe it will go a long way
