now the first verdict is in. 29-year-old was acquitted in just two hours of doing anything wrong. trial took place in iraq. with us now fox news anchor geraldo rivera has been following the case. so who is driving these prosecutions? i get all kinds of mail saying who is behind this? >> well, the person in charge of the special forces under which the seals fall major general charles cleveland. now he, i guess you can see is the person driving the charges in the sense that perhaps he could have opted early on not to file the charges. but i have to say before we make him a pinhead, this is a guy who has had six special forces commands. if you put this incident in the contest -- context when it happened in 2004, had you had the awful murder and mutilation of the four blackwater guards hanging from the bridge after being dragged through the streets. murder was everywhere. there was such intense horrible
