fixing our bridges, our roads, our ports, our inland waterways. broadband has to be part of this in infrastructure plan. it's the 21st century in infrastructure. it is essential to the success of farming operations, because it's going to be the way in which we can be more precise with what we do with our farming. it's a way in which we can advance opportunities for farmers to benefit from climate. this is all dependent on this in infrastructure, so, clearly that would be a mistake if pollyicy makers take that out, especially when they have talked about the need for it. >> so, broadband should be a nonnegotiable in the secretary bill. all right, secretary vilsack, thank you for coming on the show. >> thank you. the pandemic turning point is a great thing for all of us. i think we can all agree on that, right? and for many people, that means putting away the sweatpants and returning to the office.
