want to think again about whether it is a secure energy supply. the bottom line, europe has been hedging its bet. it's been doing a lot of business with russia but it has been investing heavily in places like libya and in the middle east, and i think if you listen to alexei miller, he's saying, why not russia. we know all about it in terms of the court cases and the reputation. the bottom line is russia is the world's largest oil producer and crucially the largest exporter behind saudi arabia. why does any of this matter? if we look out 10 years? they're saying, look, we could see a super price hike of about $200 a barrel. they're saying, look, it's a minority opinion. we're not saying it's going to happen for sure but it's a risk. when you look, alexei miller is saying look to your resources. we may be able to avoid the
