and that's not acceptable for us. >> and the cost guard said 500 oil-skimming ship has to return to shore. and also reduce the burning efforts as well. what is the plan, as far as getting the ships back into the water. >> well, we were hoping to start putting some of our boats back in this morning. and we're getting hit with another rain band. hopefully, it will pass just after 6:00 a.m. we're hoping that we'll get boats out in the next couple of hours, to at least get out to where the boom has been laid. and try to make sure we secure it if it's been damaged. if we can't get all the way to the oil and start skimming. >> i know there's a lot of just frustration in neighboring jefferson parish as well. to get the rocks off the places. i guess many local and state leaders, saying that the fed are dragging their feet. and we need the ability to fight
